Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah says they are not looking over their shoulders in the title race this season.
Juve responded positively to their UEFA Champions League exit with a 4-0 hammering of Sassuolo to put them in firm grip at the top of the table over the weekend.
The Ghanaian international says the team should only be concerned with their own results and not those of other clubs challenging for the title.
“We’re happy with the victory and with staying top of the table,†said the Ghanaian international.
“We need to carry on like this, to keep on doing our thing without looking at our challengers’ results.
“The lost Champions League match in Istanbul hasn’t left its mark. Today we played a great game and helped each other throughout, as a great team should.â€
The old ladies of Italian football have amassed 43 points from 16 games and five adrift of second-placed Roma.
