Joseph Ochaya believes Kotoko can conquer Africa

Joseph Ochaya insists Kotoko are ready to become kings on the continent once again.

The defending Ghanaian League Champions were awesome on their return to Africa’s elite inter-club competition in six years after a resounding 7-0 win over Sony Nguema.

The Ugandan import has delighted the Baba crowd since he joined at the start of the season with breathtaking pace and skills at the left back.

The 19-year-old, who scored one of Kotoko’s goals in the 7-0 mauling believes they have the materials to win their third African title.

“It is my hope that Kotoko will win every trophy this season,” Ochaya said

“We are doing well in the league. We have also started well in Africa and we hope to continue in the FA Cup.

“We have the materials to win this cup. We’re not getting ahead of ourselves but remain confident we can do it.”

Kotoko will travel to Equatorial Guinea for the return leg early next month.
