Italy-based goalkeeper Alima Sadia has revealed her dream of playing for the Black Queens if given the opportunity.

The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko ladies goalkeeper was named the best female goalkeeper in Italy for the 2013/2014 season.

Sadia played in all 36 matches for Laghi Calico Femminile and emerged as the best player of the match in 20 out of the 36 league games.

Her performance for her team has made a star within the female league in Italy.

"My dream is to serve my country Ghana and whenever my country needs my service I will always be there for my home and homeland Ghana,” Sadia said in an interview.

Sadia started her career in Kumasi before moving to Accra to play for Mawuena Ladies before finally moving to Italy.
