Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah could be losing his mentor Ralf Ragnick next season after the German trainer was interviewed for Everton’s vacant coaching post.

Vorah who is currently out with a long term injury was handed his first professional contract at Hoffenheim in 2007 during the reign of Ragnick.

The two have been reunited at Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg where the German is a sporting director.

The 54-year-old could however be leaving to take up the vacant Everton job.

Ragnick was interviewed by Everton chairman Bill Kenwright last week where he is reported to have agreed to the suggestion of Alan Stubbs, David Weir or Phile Neville as his No.2.

Everton will however wait out a decision until holding talks with their preferred candidate of Roberto Martinez who has just quit relegated Wigan.
