Isaac Vorsah sees red on Red Bull Salzburg debut

Isaac Vorsah was sent off on his debut for Red Bull Salzburg in the Austrian League

Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah received a red card on his debut for Red Bull Salzsburg in the Austrian Bundesliga on Saturday.

The centre-back was marched off the field by referee Grobelnik on the fifth minute mark as Red Bull drew 1-1 with Ried at home.

Vorsah brought down Ried striker Rene Gartler down with a leaping challenge and receives red for denying a goal scoring opportunity – a highly questionable decision.

The Ghana international moved to the seven-time Austrian champions before the summer transfer deadline from TSG Hoffenheim for an undisclosed fee.
