Inter Milan are considering adding Ghana U20 midfielder Alfred Duncan to an offer to sign Sampdoria striker Mauro Icardi, according to reports in Italy.

Inter have earmarked the Argentine striker who has bagged 8 Serie A goals this season for Sampdoria as replacement for the crocked Diego Milito who has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury.

However the Nerazzurris must top-up their €12 million offer with one of their youngster and the 19-year-old Ghana youth international is likely to head to the Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris as part of the deal.

Duncan joined Serie B side Livorno in January on loan till the end of the season.
