Veteran Ghana goalkeeper Richard Kingson says he is not thinking about hanging up his gloves anytime soon.

He claims he is still in good shape and can play for some more years in his career.

The 36-year-old is available on a free transfer after ending a half season contract at newly promoted Turkish Super Lig side Bal?kesirspor.

He made 13 appearances for the Balkes as they finished second in the Turkish second-tier last season to gain promotion.

Kingson claims he is weighing options and hopes to sign for a club before the summer window shuts although he is a free agent and move at anytime.

When asked if this season could be his last, the two-time World Cup star told sportscrusader.com: “I don’t think so.

“My plan is to play on. Now I have to choose what is the best for me with the opportunities I have but I want to play on.

“I have been following my passion since I was 11 years old and I always follow my passion. But I think I am in good shape to play on again to play for some more years.

“And this is my idea. At the end of the day it’s not an easy moment for me to understand what is best to do.

“I will sit with my family, my manger everyone and I will decide what is best for me, but I hope to play on.”

His career has seen feature for some renowned clubs especially in Turkey where he played for Galatasaray, Antayalsor and Ankaraspor.

Kingson also had spells with English Premier League trio Birmingham City, Wigan Athletic and Blackpool.
