Controversial ex-Hearts coach Mohammed Polo claims Herbert Addo is reaping the benefit of his hard work.

Polo’s comment comes in the wake of the side’s impressive run in the CAF Confederation Cup.

The former Ghana international, who was sacked by the club under controversial circumstances claims current coach Herbert Addo is only reaping the benefit of the kind of work he did during his time at the club.

“I believe in the fact that someone must initiate for another to continue. But it is always important for the one continuing to recognize your work,” he told sportscrusader.com

“I inherited a depleted and confused Hearts of Oak side but I did my best to pull the team together. And today, that is exactly what Herbert Addo is reaping the benefits. Anyone who has followed the club for some time will tell you that Herbert is reaping the results of my hard work.”
