Hearts to unveil new coach Duncan on Monday

Posted On Monday, 12th November 2012

David Duncan is the new coach of Hearts of Oak

David Duncan will be unveiled as the new coach of Hearts of Oak on Monday.

The former Ghana Under-17 tactician takes over the mantle from CK Akunnor who was sacked last month after strings of poor results.

Duncan has sealed a three-year deal with the capital-based club and expected to turn around their downward spiral.

The former Ashantigold trainer will be required to restore confidence in the team as they seek to end a three-year trophy drought.

He will supervise his first training session at the El-Wak stadium this afternoon.

Duncan’s first game in charge will be against arch-rivals Asante Kotoko on November 18 at the Baba Yara stadium.
