Hearts suspend Kingston indefinitely

Posted On Thursday, 13th September 2012

Hearts of Oak have suspended Laryea Kingston indefinitely

Hearts of Oak have handed an indefinite suspension midfielder Laryea Kingston for insubordination.

The club acted on the sacking of Kingston from the club’s pre-season camping base two weeks ago.

The decision was taken after management heard from Kingston and coach CK Akunnor on Monday.

Kingston reported late for camping by driving in his own car to their Sekondi base and also went along with his own mattress and drinking water.

The former Ghana international unapologetic and rather lambasted the club officials for the the poor facilities in camp.

Kingston joined Hearts in Janaury this year on a free transfer.

Well done, insubordination has always been and would always be the downfall of great talent. laryea is great and a true phobian no doubt, but he must learn that no single player is above the team. Hearts is 100 years old meaning no single individual be it management, board, supporter or player is older than the team. we all came to meet it and if Christ does not return in our time, we will die and leave it while the team would move on. no one is indispensable and laryea must know that.

  2. Roland Konadu says:

Oh champion Bra Laryea just humble yourself and move forward. You are part of the greatest phobia family so why do you rise against us. Show remorse apologise and come back. We love you.

  3. Francis Obeng says:

You are a real gem in my darling club. Pls be humble under the shaddy Oak tree and see your career turnaround. You know you are mostly cherished by all Hearts fans. Hope to see you change. We love you so much.

  4. Dr Who says:

Pride comes before fall….Laryea feels so big and it will be better for him to be humble and submit to authority.Coach Akonnor is in charge & must be firm.
