Hearts seek to bring Berekum Chelsea down

Posted On Thursday, 17th May 2012

By Patrick Akoto

Berekum Chelsea will battle Hearts of Oak in an outstanding Premier League game on Thursday knowing victory could take them to fifth.

The Blues have slipped to seventh on the League table after some inconsistent performances in the country’s top flight league.

But swatting from their historic Champions League final second leg qualifying round victory at CotonSports last weekend, the dethroned champions should be in buoyant mood ahead of the cracker.

Hearts lie third on the League standings and could still fall off the pace in the fight for a top four finish if they fail to bag maximum points in the final two fixtures.

Both team have sold out some enthralling contest in the past two years and the clash at the Golden City park will be mouth-watering.
