Hearts sack team manager Madjitey

Madjitey, right with former Hearts coach Nebojsa Vucicevic, has been fired

Accra Hearts of Oak have terminated the appointment of team manager Patrick Madjitey, the club has officially announced.

A statement released on the club’s website reads: “the appointment of Team Manager Patrick Madjitey has been terminated. His functions have been transferred to Logistics Officer, Nat Ofosu with the position renamed Welfare Officer.”

The former Asante Kotoko team manager’s commitment at the capital club came under scrutiny after he was accused by a club official last year.
