Hearts of Oak’s general manager Hackman Aidoo has refused to comment on the club’s transfer targets with reports rife of the imminent arrival of Aduana Stars goalkeeper Stephen Adams.

The Ghana goalkeeper is said to be close to a move to the Phobians with the hefty demands of Aduana proving the final hurdle.

Aduana are however demanding GHS 200,000 before releasing their experienced goalkeeper to the Phobians.

Hearts’ general manager Hackman Aidoo was reported to have met Aduana officials on Tuesday in his latest attempt to seal the deal.

But an announcement is yet to be made – giving away the hint that the deal to bring Adams to Accra is not yet done.

Aidoo however choses to remain coy on the club’s intended transfer business not wanting to give anything away.

“We are talking to clubs and players and I will not tell you whether he [Stephen Adams] is one of them or not,” the Hearts general manager told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“All I can tell you is that we are working on negotiations with clubs and players involved and we will make the announcement once it is done.”

Hearts are also said to be close to sealing a deal for Ebusua Dwarfs defender Vincent Atinga.
