Hearts of Oak have reached an agreement to sign former Maritzburg United striker Yakubu Mohammed, according to reports in the local media.
Mohammed failed to settle down in the Absa Premiership League and was released at the end of last season.
He has since been linked with the capital based side and according to latest reports Hearts have requested for his International Transfer Certificate
The 24-year- old is available to sign for any club on a free transfer but has ruled out a return to his former club AshantiGold.
