Hearts majority shareholder Togbe Afede XIV has been mandated to run the day-to-day administration of the club following the interdiction of Neil Armstrong Mortagbe.

The club's chief financier will act as the Chief Executive until Mortagbe is cleared of any wrong doing or a replacement found.

“I have been asked by the board to act as the CEO of the club until the matter surrounding Neil is resolved,” he said

“So from today, I will run the day-to-day administration of the club.

“I will urge the supporters to remain calm and stay solidly behind us as we attempt to put the club back on a higher pedestal.”

The Accra side have set-up a three-man committee to investigate the allegations leveled against the embattled FIFA consultant.
