This is not a surprise ,it’s bond to happen when u sack the best u have and settle in for just anything ….

When management decide to do what they want, this is the outcome. I actually want this streak to continue.

  3. don king says:

it serves them right, personally i have lost total confidence in heart of oak, disappointed in niel armstrong, nd as for d so called Dr Nyaho Tamakloe, d least said about him d better, this is just d beginning, mtchew

  4. Murtala says:

I am happy this is happening to polo, always talking to much, coaching is not dribbling.

  5. Simony says:

Shame on u Nyaho Tamakloe, a so- called Dr.

  6. don king says:

lets just do this analysis wt this particular match and weigh the strength of mohammed polo and david duncan, duncan played wt d same team just last season under d same platform in FA Cup, nd he won by 2 goal margin, meanwhile polo also played against d same team today nd has lost by 2: 1, truly speaking i dont think polo can manage this tall order, i wish he didnt take up this job, cuz hes just gonna disgraced himself, and all d good name he has earned already wll just vanish, i foresee the phobian club going back to d days of exodus 14:14 b4 d timely intervention of d rescuer, David Duncan. All d kotoko supporters who pretended to b in support of d decision taken by heart board of directors to sack Duncan were all fluke, since they were scared Duncan nd Heart could easily overtake kotoko. Duncan left Heart with only a point difference from kotoko, nd with just 3 matches played under d technical direction of polo heart is trailing kotoko by 7 good points. Finally if 3:7, then what wll be of 15 matches? d die is cast, nd am sorry for d board, more fire Coach Duncan

  7. yaw, USA says:

Serves them right. They spend more time thinking about kotoko’s failure than improving their team. P

  8. yaw, USA says:

Polo is not a coach but a mere talkertive

  9. Carbonite says:

This “If Duncan” nonsense must stop! Don’t you guys reason? Coaching is based on serendipity and nothing else, wasn’t this Duncan the same dude who got chastised for failing to qualify Ghana to the Olympics? The fact that he was RELATIVELY successful with Hearts of Oak during his short spell doesn’t mean he will have won this match or that Hearts would have still been second or even overtaken Kotoko. Duncan has coached in Ghana’s top flight for sometime now and he hasn’t won any trophy!

Heart’s fans, reason and don’t let emotions take over you! Marseille started this season winning their first 5matches but the season has turned to be their worst and the coach is since gone. Duncan is not a god, your below-par performances has made you reason like kids, if not illiterates!

The problem Hearts is facing is beyond coach sacking.

  10. K.Labaran says:

    hahahahahahahahaha!!!

  11. Eljefecrack says:

Thanks to the Almighty God, my darling club is loosing…we deserve what ever happens

  12. Francis Obeng says:

Ooh my darling Hearts of Oak. What at all is happening. Too bad some facets of the club have turned against us and are undermining the good cause of our great club, Glorious Hearts of Oak . All i can say is that the supporters must stay united and rally strongly for the team. We shouldn’t stay on the fence and appoint accusing fingers at anybody. We should sll remember Accra Hearts of Oak is the only club we have

  14. top ranking says:

Oh Polo!Too much talking will cost u

  15. keskatroy says:

useless team.5 seasons no league trophy, what even has duncan achieve in football? no trophy,he failed with the national teams(under 17 and Olympics team)

  16. FABU THE BEST & GREATEST says:

Leave us out of this. It has nothing to do with Kotoko. I’m happy though, that you are always haunted by Kotoko and that you have never been liberated from being under the shadow of the Royal fabulous club. Kotokophobia will kill Hearts. Enjoy your inferiority complex. Continue to keep the Scottish club name. We shall proudly continue to keep our African Ghanaian name, Kotoko. Wo kum apem a apem beba!

  17. Ibn Battuta says:

Clearly either carbonite or whatever he calls himself is either a hater of coach Duncan or a latter day follower of Ghana football. Duncan in his first year at ashgold beat kotoko by a lone goal at Len clay stadium to win the SWAG cup.
In the same year in South Africa on an invitational tournament with hearts won the annual Macufe cup beating mamelodi sundowns in the finals by a lone goal.
Duncan continued his international conquest by winning the annual Phakisa tournament in South Africa by beating the mighty kaiser chiefs and Orlando pirates whilst with free state stars in the South African PSL.
Duncan again won the SWAG Cup in 2010 with ashgold after beating hearts in Accra.
Duncan at U17 qualified GHana in 2005 for the World Cup in Peru after we had missed out in 2 previous editions under coaches Oti Akenten in 2001 and Sellas Tetteh in 2003.
Since then the likes of Afranie, Frimpong Manson, Oti Akenten, Paa Kwesi Fabin and Opeele had failed to even go pass the preliminary stage of qualification to even participate in the World Cup tournament.
Duncan was adjudged SWAG coach of the year in 2007,
He won the President’s cup just last year with hearts after beating the mighty TP Mazembe.
The least said about the players who ply their trade in Europe and elsewhere and who form an integral part of the current Black Stars set the better.
If you don’t have praise for this noble man who has contributed his bit to the development of Ghana football, the least you can do is to disrespect him.
To me, he is a candidate for one of the highest national awards- Duncan is a silent
achiever take it or leave it.
