Hearts players celebrating a goal during a league match
Hearts of Oak players converged at the Lizzy Sports Complex early Tuesday morning to go hiking on the Aburi mountains.
The team returned to pre-season training on Monday after a long off-season break.
The opening week of pre-season activities is dedicated towards improving the physical condition of the players who have seen no serious action close to two months.
The team will be working with Physical Trainer W.O Tandoh for the whole week with coach CK Akunnor observing from the sidelines.
The Aburi hike is part of activities marked out to get the players back to good physical state before working with the ball expectedly next week.
The team is expected to move to residential camping next week at a yet to be confirmed location.
Hearts are looking to regain the Premier League they last won in 2009.

when will they go for swimming
ain’t that a bit too much now. They’ll be to weak by the time they’re ready. Such exersive training is reserved for soldiers of the gun not those of the ball, but i might be wrong. Happy training, we hope to see it result in better performances this coming season.
ha! ha? ha! when will they go fishing?
