David Duncan has been lined up by Hearts of Oak as next coach
Hearts of Oak have held talks with David Duncan to take over the club’s coaching duties, according to reports in the local media.
Duncan has been penciled as a back-up for under performing CK Akunnor who has suffered three straight defeats in the five-week old Ghana Premier League.
Another unfavourable result against Real Tamale United on Sunday could end Akunnor’s reign as Hearts coach.
Duncan has been unemployed since parting ways with AshantiGold in January 2011.
He has rich experience in the Ghana top-flight after successful spells with Great Olympics and Sekondi Hasaacas.
Hearts are now 13th on the Ghana Premier League table.
