Ghana will have four clubs feature in 2015 CAF’s inter-clubs competition after Hearts of Oak confirmed their participation.

The decision to make a return to Africa was taken at the club’s Annual General Meeting in Accra on Wednesday and met the Ghana Football Association’s deadline.

Hearts finished third in the 2013/2014 Ghana Premier League and will play in the CAF Confederation Cup- a competition they won in 2004.

The Phobians last played in Africa in 2008 and were eliminated FC 105 Libreville of Gabon at the first qualifying round.

Already, league champions Asante Kotoko and runners-up Heart of Lions have confirmed to play in the CAF Champions League.

AshantiGold have decided to replace Inter Allies, who withdrew due to financial constraints, in the Confederation Cup.
