Hearts of Oak Public Relations Officer Muheeb Saeed says the club will find a quality replacement for Libya-bound defender Nuru Sulley.

The capital-based side confirmed this week to Ghanasoccernet.com that they had accepted an offer from Libyan outfit Al Ittihad.

Sulley is reported to have penned a three-year deal with the Tripoli based club in deal worth to be around US$ 100,000.

His partnership with Ivorian Robin Gnagne the past two seasons and the club remain confident of signing another stalwart defender to replace him.

“We have confirmed to you that we have accepted a bid from a Libyan club to sell Nuru Sulley to them,” he told GHANASoccernet.com

“In as much as the player is an important player for us we looked at his interest and that of Accra Hearts of Oak.

“Nuru will be a big miss but we have plans to replace him and we are far ahead in those plans.

“Hearts is big brand and we are more than certain to move on from him.”
