Hearts will be without trio- Moro Abubakar, Obed Ansah and Stephen Tetteh for the ‘Super Clash’ against rivals Kotoko on Sunday.
The three impressive players have been ruled out of the clash at the Accra sports stadium due to various degrees of injuries.
Ansah, who missed the opener against New Edubiase, will not be ready to face the defending League champions and still a few weeks from away from fitness according to Duncan.
Tetteh finds himself in a similar situation and will most likely face Inter Allies on September 29.
Abubakar is serving a suspension and will therefore miss the cracker in the capital.
“We have five players who are out of the Kotoko game for different reasons but we still have players who are good enough to play in their place” Duncan told XYZ
“Moro Abubakar is still out serving a suspension. Obed Ansah is nursing an ankle injury he suffered at training while midfield gem Stephen Tetteh is now recovering from a harm string injury.
“Your fears should be allayed because there is no cause for worry because like I adjusted in the Edubiase game I have credible candidates who can do the business on Sunday”.
There are also major concerns for Sunday’s two-goal hero Emmanuel Hayford who limped off during their 2-0 win at New Edubiase.
Both teams go into the encounter after recording impressive wins in their opening Ghana Premier League games.
Hearts beat Edubiase 2-0 at Bekwai while Kotoko came from behind to beat Aduana Stars 2-1 at the Sunyani Coronation Park.
