Hearts fans want Kotoko's keeper punished by GFA

Hearts of Oak fans want rivals goalkeeper Abdoulaye Soulama punished for attacking the referee during Sunday’s Glo Premier League fixture between Kotoko and Heart of Lions.

The 32-year-old Burkinabe glovesman rushed on referee Sumaila Ibrahim after the final whistle to question his decision to award Lions a last-gasp penalty which denied the champions victory at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Soulama’s actions have drawn widespread criticism and Hearts supporters chief Alhaji Akambi wants the Ghana Football Association’s disciplinery wing to punish the Kotoko keeper.

“This is not the first time he has put up this behaviour on the pitch so we Hearts fans want the GFA to punish him to deter other players from similar behaviours,” he told Accra-based Happy FM.

This Boko Haram team and their Al-Quaeda supporters have started this noise making again. They always want to create tension when its getting closer to a clash between both teams and when the get the worst part of it, they come and blame honourable fabu fans. They should be careful else more fire will consume them.

  6. Fresher says:

Infact, any corrupt and unscrupulous person like Mr Akambi’s wet dream is to be called Alhaji. This is part of his delusional long line of anti Kotoko hysteria, where else did he even got that Alhaji from? Did he think that ALLAAH accepts Hajj from corrupted monies, or proceeds from those orphans monies he openly creamed off? Somebody should tell that porky liar called Mr Akambi to fold his filthy tongue off matters not concerning him.

  7. Anum kanoh says:

GFA has failed the nation in not stamping his authority on the game.Ghana football will continue to retrogress.Referees everywhere in the world are protected except Ghana. If GFA cannot protect them they will always dance to the tune of clubs period.
