Hearts coach Mohammed Polo expects his players to challenge for the title when the Ghana Premier League resumes next month.
Polo has endured a difficult start to life in his third coaching spell with the Accra-based side.
He has come under pressure after the side lost heavily at All Stars to slip to third on the table.
The ex-Ghana international, nicknamed, the ââ¬Ëdribbling magicianââ¬â¢ has tasked the players to work their sucks off to challenge for titles in all front.
"The break was a new beginning for us, both the technical team and the players, and we have to concentrate and work fully on reaching our target for the season," Polo said.
"The players must know they are working for themselves and their future.
"We have a huge task on our hand in the second round, but we have to be committed and disciplined to be able to accomplish it.
"I think if you look at the problems that we encountered in the beginnings, and do not forget it started well, but unfortunately, we lost a few players along the way and circumstances also went against us.
He added: ââ¬ÅWe have learnt our lessons, and we hope to build a team that is capable of challenging at all times, and not very reliant on individuals.
"We have a lot of work to do and it is in the interest of Hearts, our fans, and to a larger extent Ghana football.ââ¬
