Hearts coach Mohammed Polo wants his backroom staff changed, according to reports in the local media.

A report on myjoyonline.com says the ex-international has formally written to the club’s management requesting for the change in personnel.

It adds that his request has been forwarded to the board chairman and management.

Polo wants to name his own assistants after results failed to improve over the past few weeks.

This means Nat Ofosu (Welfare Officer), Dan Tettevi (Goalkeepers coach), Ben Adjei (First Assistant) and Jacob Nettey (Second Assistant) are on the verge of losing their jobs.

“I have told the Management I can work with these guys. I have had enough of them and the better and earlier they leave the best it will be for me and the progress of the team,” Polo is quoted as saying.

Hearts drew 0-0 with King Faisal in Kumasi but lost 2-1 to Medeama in midweek.
