New Hearts coach Herbert Addo given the all-clear to raid transfer market

Hearts of Oak coach Herbert Addo has received approval from the club's board to pursue six transfer targets.

The new coach has received financial backing from the board to go ahead with discussions with six transfer of targets.

The board led by Togbe Afede XIV have assured they will put their money where their mouth is once negotiations with the intended targets are successful.

Addo has reportedly earmarked six players in this transfer season.

The club must however strive to reach agreements with their clubs and the players themselves in order to move to the Phobians.

"The board has already given approval for six players to be signed," Hearts board member Alhaji Akanbi revealed to Metro FM.

"The transfer market today however is not as easy before especially when a club like Hearts of Oak come calling.

"Some clubs believe this is their harvest season and would want to sometimes unfairly cash in on the sale of their players.

"So we hope discussions go on well for us to land our targets."

Hearts coach Herbert Addo is likely to launch a raid on his former club, Inter Allies with rising stars such as Prosper Kasim readily in mind.
