Hearts of Oak coach David Duncan has waged a media blackout in the upcoming season and says will only speak to the media after matches.

The former AshantiGold trainer feels he is being victimized with constant spins to quotes attributed to him in the Ghanaian media.

The acclaimed ‘Jose Mourinho’ of Ghana football for his exciting interviews has now declared he will no longer speak to the media except after mathdays to give his post-match comments.

“The media now has a lot of strategies to get people to speak,” he said.

“I have decided to stop talking to the media. I will only speak after matches where they ask questions and I answer.

“So my stance now is not to talk to the media on air but only after matches.”

This means the pre-match hype for local matches which is vastly aided by quotes of especially managers will be missing with regards to Hearts.

The Phobians begin their campaign in the Premier League on Sunday at New Edubiase.
