Hearts of Oak chief Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe insists coach Mohammed Polo is getting maximum support to reverse the side’s recent slump in the second round.

The Phobians have fallen back on their title chase following the surprise dismissal of coach David Duncan.

His replacement, Mohammed Polo has only managed one win in four matches – suffering two crashing defeats in the process.

But the club’s managing director believes the Phobians will return to winning ways in the second round with the ‘absolute’ support being given to the new coach.

“Absolutely, he is getting all the support he needs,” Armstrong-Mortagbe told Metro FM.

“And I am confident that Mohammed Polo together with his assistants will make a very credible showing in the second round.”

Hearts are now left with only the Premier League title to contest for following their early elimination from the FA Cup at the hands of lowly Bibiani Gold Stars.
