Hearts captain Otoo pledges improved form in second round

Hearts of Oak captain Mahatma Otoo is promising an improved performance of his side in the second half of the season.

The Phobians’ terrible start to the campaign saw them finish in the relegation zone at the end of the first round.

The team is now in dire need of wins to ensure they keep their Premier League status.

And Otoo believes the side’s improved form during the break will be carried into the second round which resumes on Sunday with a tough match against King Faisal.

“I think things are going on well, we keep improving in all the friendly matches we have played,” he said.

“Coach Duncan is doing his maximum best to keep the morale in the team.

“I believe we will do well when the second round resumes.”
