Eleven Wise coach Angelo Dedon Arkhurst was unable to speak to the media due to uncontrollable wailing following his side’s 1-0 loss to Fetteh Feyenoord in the Premier League Promotional playoffs.

The Sekondi-based club’s hopes of staging a return to the Ghanaian top flight were dimed after the opening day defeat to Feyenoord on Saturday.

A 66th minute strike by Samuel Tetteh was all Feyenoord needed to carry the day at the Tema Park.

Coach Angelo Dedon Arkhurst who was heartbroken particularly over the several missed chances of his side broke down in tears the moment referee William Agbovi blasted his whistle to end the game.

The coach was unable to give his post-match reaction to the game as officials and other members of his technical staff tried to console him.

Eleven Wise had travelled alongside nine buses full of their noisy fans and arrived at the Tema Park with huge expectations of a win.

They however went back into their waiting buses with lawn faces as their darling club suffered an opening day defeat in the Middle League to the ‘small boys’ Feyenoord.
