Heart of Lions drew 1-1 against Red Bull Academy

Heart of Lions began their pre-season training with a 1-1 draw against Red Bull Academy in a friendly on Wednesday.

The Kpando-based side are desirous of transforming their fortunes after they escaped relegation by a whisker last season.

Newly appointed head coach Sarfo Castro used the game against the lower division side to assess his new recruits and those on the fringes.

Lions placed 12th last season in the top-flight.
