Heart of Lions have confirmed Ghana duo Ben Acheampong and Haminu Dramani are training with the club but without the view of signing them.

Both players have been in the country for sometime now due to their failed stints abroad.

Acheampong cancelled his contract with Angolan club Petro Atletico as did Dramani with Portuguese side Gil Vicente.

The Ghana internationals have since been training with the Ghana Premier League club only to maintain their fitness.

"They [Acheampong and Dramani] have been training with the team for four months now," Heart of Lions team manager Yashin Laryea told GHANAsoccernet.com.

"They are not training with us to be signed by the club but only want to keep active and fit."

Dramani had been linked to a move to Asante Kotoko but nothing has since materialized.

Acheampong on the other hand is in the hunt for a new club to revive his dwindling club fortunes.
