Hassan Mohammed is facing an FA charge of improper conduct

The Ghana Football Association have opened disciplinary proceedings against Real Tamale United captain Hassan Mohammed for ‘improper conduct’.

“On Sunday, 4th November, 2012 when Hearts of Oak played R.T.U at the Accra sports stadium, you HASSAN MOHAMMED made derogatory and insulting remarks in the dressing room and on the field of play to the effect that you thought the Accra Sports Stadium would also be banned and also the referee was mad which was heard by both the match Commissioner and the 4th Official.” the governing body said in a statement on Monday.

The former Hearts of Oak defender could face a long-term ban or hefty fine
