Hannover to fight Mainz for Adiyiah

Hannover 96 are reportedly trying to hijack AC Milan youngster Dominic Adiyiah from  FSV Mainz 05, as the player has agreed terms with Die Nullfünfer.

Bild claims that Hannover are trying a similar offer to Mainz’s-a season-long loan deal with an option to buy, in which the player will earn €300,000 per-year.

Adiyiah arrived to Milan in January from Fredrikstad SK, but he failed to make a first team appearance with the Rossoneri.

He has made it very clear that he wants to play more and therefore he’s expected to leave on loan.

Both Hannover and Mainz are interested in the services of the player, but it is believed that Adiyiah’s advisor, Goran Milanovic could play a huge role in the decision of the player.

“Dominic is my boy,” Milanovic said. “I would prefer he went to Hannover 96, which was my first club outside of Serbia. I am sure he would be a plus for Hannover and that the club would also be good for him.”
