Greek giants Olympiacos pencil down Jonathan Mensah

Greek top-flight side Olympiacos Piraeus are looking at snapping up Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah.

The 23-year-old plays for French Ligue 1 side Evian Thonon-Gaillard and is contracted to the club until June 2015.

Mensah has been in top form this season for Evian and made 17 Ligue 1 appearances with one goal to his credit.

Olympiacos currently on top of the GreekĀ  Super League table with an 11-point advantage with 14 matches remaining.
