Spanish second-tier side Club Deportivo Guadalajara has reached a contract extension with Ghanaian goalkeeper Brimah Razak.

The 25-year-old shot-stopper signed a six-month contract in December on a free transfer and has hugely impressed.

“The Club Deportivo Guadalajara and footballer Brimah Razak have reached an agreement to extend the contract between both parties,” a statement on the club’s official website read.

“With this expansion, the Ghanaian goalkeeper, signed by Club Deportivo Guadalajara in December and had a contract until the end of this season, will be linked to Club Deportivo Guadalajara until June 30, 2015.”

The former Nania FC goalkeeper has emerged as first choice for CD Guadalajara since making his debut against Numancia.
