Abdoulaye Soulma has rejoined Kotoko's squad

Goalkeeper Abdoulaye Soulama has finally rejoined the Asante Kotoko camp for their Premier League match against Berekum Chelsea on Wednesday.

The 33-year-old was held back in his native Burkina Faso after their slim 3-2 win over Algeria in the World Cup playoff.

Soulama returns to Kotoko after helping his country in the playoffs was delayed due to inconsistent flight schedules.

The ex ASFA Yennega shot-stopper however arrived in Ghana on Monday night and fully participated in Tuesday morning’s training session.

Soulama has lost his starting place at Kotoko to Isaac AMoako who has made an impressive start to the season.

The Burkina Faso international is therefore likely to sit on the bench for the midweek Premier League clash at home to Berekum Chelsea.
