TP Mazembe midfielder Nathaniel Sinkala believes Gladson Awako will have a big impact at the club.

The Ghanaian international has joined the four-time African Champions on a five-year deal after impressing heavily at Berekum Chelsea.

The former Ghana Under-20 star is expected to translate his champions League form at Mazembe and the Zambian international has no doubt he has the qualities to be an instant hit for the Ravens.

“He is a good player and I think he can help this club,” Sinkala told Kumasi-based Fox FM

“He has shown at training that he has so much quality and I have no doubt in my mind that he will be a good addition to the team.

“The coach saw something positive in him and that’s why he bought him.

“We just have to wait for what he brings to the table.

The diminutive midfielder was a member of the Ghana’s Under-20 the Black Satellites that won Africa’s first ever gold medal at the 2009 World Youth Championship held in Egypt.
