Ghana U20 midfielder Moses Odjer is said to be a subject of transfer tussle between Portuguese giants FC Porto and Benfica.
The Tema Youth offensive middle man enchanted the two clubs after an impressive showcase at the 2013 African Youth Championship-where Ghana won silver.
Porto want to use Ghana ace Christian Atsu to convince the Tema Youth player to sign for the Dragons.
Other European clubs are said to be monitoring his situation and will be ready to swoop for him.
“I am happy about these stories but my focus is to help Ghana win the FIFA U20 World Cup,” Odjer told GHANASoccernet.com
Odjer is a sure bet to make Ghana’s final squad for the FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey.
He will be crowned the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) Promising Star of the Year award at a ceremony on 29 June in Accra.
