Black Satellites

The Black Satellites wrapped up their preparations for the 2013 African Youth Championship with a 1-1 draw against Barcelona’s Youth team on Tuesday.

Striker Francis Narh opened the scoring for the Ghanaians before the Spanish side pulled level in the first half.

The Ghanaians have been in Europe for the past two weeks preparing for this month’s Championship in Algeria.

The team beat the youth team of Seria B side Novara 3-2 in a similar exercise last week.

The team will now be in top shape ahead of the start of the competition on Saturday.

The Black Satellites will battle hosts Algeria, Egypt and Benin in group A.

  7. kimco says:

ryt, he did noffin with rwanda, but his failures give him strength and experience, he’s not ready yet, but he’ll be soon enuff. Him failing with teams like rwanda shouldn’t be shocking. It’ll be hard for any coach to make magic from a not so good team like rwanda. It’ll take tym, which they didn’t give him. He’ll def be the one we would win the afcon win. Well that’s what i believe.
