Mohammed Rabiu will miss Saturday's third-place match against Mali
Ghana midfielder Mohammed Rabiu will sit out Saturday’s third-place play-off against Mali due to a card-related suspension.
The 23-year-old is on two yellow cards after he was booked in the semi-final clash against Burkina Faso.
The Evian TG player went into the referee’s book in the quarter-final match against Cape Verde.
This means he has to serve a one-match ban.
Rabiu has been one of Ghana’s impressive players at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations as a debutant.
