Ghanaian youth star Fatau Mohammed could be bound for a spell on the sidelines after limping off while in action for Granada FC in the Spanish La Liga on Friday.
French international Dimitr Foulquier replaced the 21-year-old in the 25th minute after he sustained an injury at San Mames where Athletic Bilbao hammered Granada FC 4-0.
The former Udinese midfielder had warmed himself into the Granada regular side and is commanding a starting role but with the latest injury setback, he will have to work his way back into a starting place if he regains full fitness.
Fatau is among three Ghanaian players at Granada alongside Richard Boateng who has also been enjoying regular first team play recently.
