High-flying Ghanaian teenager Bernard Mensah is ready to take on Portuguese giants FC Porto in the Primeira Liga on Sunday.

The 19-year-old has hit an early season top form for Vitória Guimarães, grabbing a hat-trick of goals in three games and claims he has laced his boots and ready to face giants Porto at the Estádio Dom Afonso Henriques on Sunday evening.

Should Ghana defender Daniel Opare gain match fitness for the game, he could be in the squad for the trip and Mensah says he is ready to face him.

“This is two brothers affair; but one must win over the other and that is what I am preparing towards although he is my big brother, he should watch out for what is coming ,’’ he told All Sports.

Mensah, an attacking midfielder, joined Vitória two seasons ago but was limited to second team football but has worked his way into the first team and has hit a rich vein of form.
