Ghanaian youth attacker Emmanuel Gyasi made an appearance on Torino bench in their 1-0 loss to Inter Milan on Sunday in Serie A.

The 20-year-old was picked by coach Giampiero Ventura for their trip to Milan but was unused as they lost narrowly.

Gyasi earned his place in the Torino first team squad for the first time this season after his continuous impressive performance for Torino's Primavera.

The Ghanaian-born inked a four-year-professional contract last season but could not break into the first team squad.

The Italian U21 coach has officially requested from the Italian Football Federation to help him acquire an Italian passport to enable him represent the European country.
