Ghanaian starlet Yiadom on target for Barnet

Posted On Saturday, 20th October 2012

Andrew Yiadom got on the score-sheet for Edgar Davids' side

English-born Ghanaian winger Andrew Kyere Yiadom hit the back of the net for Barnet as they saw off Northampton 4-0 to pick up their first League Two win of the season on Friday.

The 20-year-old speedster watched his effort from 25 yards sail beyond the Northampton goalkeeper after coming off a defender inside the box in twenty minutes after the interval.

Yiadom arrived at Barnet in February from Blue Square Bet Premier side Braintree, for whom he scored seven goals in 27 games.

He has scored twice in ten appearances for the Bees this season.
