Ghanaian second-tier Cornestone have sacked interim coach Tony Lokko over poor results, GHANAsoccernet.com understands.

The former Tema Youth coach has been relieved off his post after overseeing the side’s poor run in the country’s second-tier league.

Lokko took over from Mallam Yahaya under controversial circumstances.

But the ex-Berekum Chelsea trainer failed to stem the tide of poor results, resulting in the decision to sack him.

The Kumasi-based side are lying just 13th on the Division One League table with 15 points from 15 games.
