Manchester City loanee Bismark Adjei-Boateng registered his first goal of the season in the Norwegian top-flight in Stromsgodset's 3-2 away victory over IK Start since making a return from injury.
The 20-year-old who spent earlier parts of the season nursing an injury that forced him to undergo surgery in December levelled the scoring for Stromsgodset at theà Sør Arena in Kristiansand after Bismark Acosta had given the host the lead.
After Boateng's leveller, the Ghanaian dominance did not end as former Fetteh Feyenoord winger Ernest Asante continued his impressive scoring run to score in the 88th minutes to give Start hope after their guest had taken a 3-1 lead.
All three Ghanaians in the Stromsgodset team - Mohammed Abu, Adam Kwarasey and Boateng all went straight into the starting line-up while Asante started for the host.
Acosta's opener came from a brilliant header from inside the box but it was Boateng's intelligent lower drive from outside of the box that drew applauds from the 6000 fans on attendance.
Stromsgodset went ahead to stamp their dominance in the game and added two more goals and appeared in comfortable position to win the tie pants down until Asante struck in the 88th minute.
Norwegian winger Tripic artfully cut through the Stromsgodset defence and linked up with Acosta who floated a low pass for Asante to slide home.
The goal has taken Asante's tally to 6 in the league and his second in two games.
