Former Cardiff City attacker Jesse Asieddu Darko last till the hour mark for Greek third-tier side Episkopi when they drew 2-2 with Krousona in a pre-season warm-up friendly on Saturday. 

The 19-year-old Austrian-born was replaced on the hour mark by Velonakis as Episkopi were held to a pulsating draw by the visitors as they stepped up their preparations for the new season.

Jesse inked a three-year-contract at the Dimotiko Gipedo Episkopis after he was released by newly-promoted English Premier League side Cardiff City a fortnight ago.

He set up the second goal for Episkopi and he is set be given the full 90 minutes when they face AO Chania next Saturday.
