Hearts will hold crisis meeting this week in the wake of their disappointing 3-0 defeat to All Stars in the Ghanaian Premier League on Wednesday.

The Phobians were beaten 3-0 by their opponent at the Accra sports stadium to complete an incredible six-goal double this term.

The defeat has sparked massive anger among the teeming fans who have directed their frustrations largely to Board Chairman Togbe Afede and the current management team.

Officials of the club will hold crisis meeting to find a lasting solution to their unflattering campaign in the top-flight as their ambitions of winning the title gradually slip through their fingers.

“The management will be meeting. Am sure the board will be meeting as well to look at the way forward,” club spokesman Muheeb Saed told Accra-based Power FM

“We’ll look at the situation critically and take decisions that will inure to the benefit of the club.”

Under-fire coach Mohammed Polo backtracked on his decision to quit after Wednesday’s game claiming he will not abandon the club under duress.
