Mercy Darkoah is making waves in USA and wants to play for Ghana

Ghanaian midfielder Mercy Darkoah is making waves for Bellevue University women’s soccer in the United States of America with an impressive scoring rate.

The youngster has scored eight goals so far in the Midland Collegiate Athletic conference (MACA) and has earned weekly conferences honours on a number of occasions.

Darkoah is being courted by the American National team even though she prefers to represent the West Africans at the international stage.

She dictates matches with her fantastic array of passing and organizational skills which has earned her many individual awards and can feature for Ghana’s senior national team, the Black Queens.

Darkoah is currently reading Psychology at the Bellevue University, located in Nebraska.

    I happen to know her personally and yes she most definitely wants to represent Ghana. The GFA just needs to do right by her cos she’s a gem that comes around every millennium. Her football intelligence is unparalleled. .
