Isaac Cofie eyes regular playing time at Chievo Verona

Ghana youth midfielder Isaac Cofie is determined to impress at Italian seria A side Chievo Verona.
The 20-year-old sealed a four-year deal with the side on Monday after passing a medical in a co-ownership deal with Genoa.
Cofie enjoyed a terrific season on loan at Sassuolo last term where he played 36 times and scored a goal.
The former Piacenza and Torino enforcer is anxious to repay the faith impose in him by manager Domenico Di Carlo.
“I am very happy and I promise to work hard and get regular playing time,” Cofie said
“I am very optimistic the experienced I have garnered over the years will help me excel at the club.
“I don’t like talking because I want the pitch to do the talking for me.”
Cofie helped Ghana’s Under-23 secure qualification to the 2011 All Africa Games.
